Catalysts Development for Chemical Carriers in Hydrogen Storage
Supervisor
The main objective of this project is to produce ultrapure hydrogen by the use of palladium membrane reactor to replace the current multiple stage process of Water Gas Shift (WGS). From open literature, it has been reported that palladium has higher selectivity and permeability properties toward hydrogen than other reformate gases. Therefore, this study will investigate the long term selectivity and permeability of Pd membrane towards hydrogen.
